My Journey
I’m in my late 40s, and sports have always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing netball and swimming, and by my late teens, I was hitting the gym regularly. Now, as a mom to two amazing girls, I really understand how hard it can be to balance family, work, fitness, and all the activities our kids have going on.
For years, I tried every new diet trend only to see the results I worked so hard for slip away, especially after having my daughters. That experience forced me to stop following the noise and start really listening to what my body needs.
A while back, an accident led to injuries that changed my everyday life. I had to go through surgeries and tough rehabilitation, and I faced a lot of physical pain along with feelings of depression, frustration, and self-doubt. With the help of a great team of professionals and some insightful mental coaching, I learned how to overcome these challenges. I discovered that working on my mind was just as important as taking care of my body.
Today, I know that lasting health comes from mixing good nutrition, regular exercise, and strong mental well-being. It’s all about finding what works for you and listening to your body. I’m here to support others who have been trying to figure out the best way to live a healthy, balanced life.
