Meet the owner, Chantell

I’m in my late 40's, and sports have always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing netball and swimming, and by my late teens, I had started going to the gym regularly. Now, as a mom to two amazing girls, I truly understand how challenging it can be to balance family, work, fitness, and all the activities our kids are involved in.
For years, I tried every new diet trend only to see the results I worked so hard for slip away, especially after having my daughters. That experience forced me to stop following the noise and start really listening to what my body needs.
A while back, an accident led to injuries that changed my everyday life. I had to go through surgeries and tough rehabilitation, and I faced a lot of physical pain along with feelings of depression, frustration, and self-doubt. With the help of a wonderful team of professionals and some insightful mental coaching, I learned how to overcome these challenges. I discovered that working on my mind was just as important as taking care of my body.
Today, I understand that lasting health stems from combining good nutrition, regular exercise, and strong mental wellbeing. It’s all about finding what works for you and listening to your body. I’m here to support others who have been trying to figure out the best way to live a healthy, balanced life. Together, we can reclaim our strength and build a lifestyle that feels right for us, step by step.
